Coaching

Coaching sessions are offered for individuals seeking support, encouragement, and accountability as they navigate life transitions, personal growth, leadership, vocation, or other meaningful goals.

Spiritual Direction

Spiritual direction provides a welcoming space to reflect on your spiritual journey, deepen your awareness of God's presence, and discern where you are being invited to grow.

Retreats

We also offer individual and group retreats designed to create space for rest, reflection, prayer, and renewal.
